(1) The Council shall during each financial year, prepare in such form and at such time, as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a complete account of its activities of the previous year and submit such report to the Government. (2) The Government shall lay such report before the 1 [Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], as soon as may be, after the receipt of the same.
