The members of the Board shall, at their first general meeting, elect by ballot from among themselves,–– (i) a President ; (ii) two Vice-Presidents, two Secretaries and two Treasurers ; Provided that one Vice-President one Secretary and one Treasurer shall be from among the members of each province.
