For the administration and management of Sikh Gurdwara, there shall be established a Prabhandhak Committee 1 [for one or more District] in the manner as may be prescribed : Provided that in case of first Committee to be constituted 2 ] x x x after the commencement of this Act, all the members of the Committee shall be nominated by the Government : Provided further that the term of office of the members so nominated for such Committee shall not exceed one year.
