(1) Casual vacancies in the Board shall be filled in the same manner as provided under section 5. r (2) The term of a member nominated to fill a casual vacancy in the Board shall expire on the day on which the term of the member in whose vacancy the appointment has been made would have expired. (3) Nothing done by the Board shall be invalid by reason only of there being a casual vacancy.
