(1) The accounts of the Board for every financial year shall be audited annually by a Chartered Accountant to be nominated by the Board. (2) The Board shall annually prepare a report on the administration of the affairs of the Shrine and publish it for the information of the public at least in two local dailies having wide circulation in the area.
