Provisions of Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 and Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 to apply mutatis-mutandis:-The Provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act,1923 and the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and the rules made there under shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to every employee of a shop or commercial establishment.
