Protection to persons acting under this Act.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any public servant or any other person in the service of the Central Government or the Government, acting under direction of any such public servant, for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder.
