1 [12. Board of Management.— The Chancellor shall constitute the Board of Management which shall consist of the following :— (i) the Vice-Chancellor ; (ii) the Planning Commissioner, Jammu and Kashmir Government ; (iii) Commissioner/Secretary, Finance Department, Jammu and Kashmir Government ; (iv) Commissioner/Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Jammu and Kashmir Government ; (v) one representative of ICAR ; (vi) two eminent agriculture/veterinary scientists to be nominated by the Chancellor ; (vii) one progressive farmer to be nominated by the Chancellor ; (viii) one agro-industrialist to be nominated by the Chancellor ; and (ix) three Directors/Deans in the University to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.]
