This Act may be called 1 Sher-i-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the 2 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. 3 [(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the 4 [Government Gazette] appoint.]
