(1) Every cooperative shall record, in the language specified by the articles of association, in the minutes book, minutes of all proceedings of every general meeting and send the copy of the minutes within fifteen days of the conclusion of every such meeting to all members. (2) The minutes so recorded shall be signed by the person who chaired the said meeting, or in the event of his/her incapacity to sign the minutes within the time required by a director duly authorized by the board. (3) The minutes so recorded shall be deemed to have been confirmed on the thirtieth day after its dispatch to all members, if no comments on the correctness or otherwise of the recorded minutes are received from members within that time : Provided that where comments have been received from members the board will take them into consideration while taking action on the resolutions and suggestions of the general body and place the matter before the general body at its next meeting.
