1 [25. Bar of jurisdiction. —(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908(5 of 1908) or any other law for the time being in force, no court shall grant any injunction or make any interim order restraining any proceedings which is being or is about to be taken under this Act. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairperson or any member of the Committee for Fixation and Regulation of Fee of Private Schools or any officer or other employee or any person acting under the direction either of the Government or of the said Committee in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulation or orders made thereunder.]
