(1) The Committee for Fixation and Regulation of Fee of Private Schools shall, for the purpose of assisting it in the discharge of its functions, be provided by the Government, such officers and employees as may be determined from time to time by the Government, in consultation with the Chairperson of the Committee. (2) All establishment charges of the Committee for Fixation and Regulation of Fee of Private Schools shall be borne by the Government. (3) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by the Government, from time to time. (4) In the discharge of their functions under this Act, the officers and employees referred to in sub-section (1) shall be subject to the exclusive administrative control and direction of the Committee.
