Any person who obtains a certificate under the Act by misrepresentation, fraud or concealment of any material fact or impersonation shall, in addition to prosecution under the law for the time being in force, be liable to–– (a) cancellation of the certificate and forfeiture of benefit ; (b) removal or dismissal from service ; and (c) fine of not less than rupees ten thousand.
