(1) The Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the purposes of the Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, the Government may make rules relating to meetings of the Board, working procedures, matters relating to officers and employees of the Board and any of the matters which may be, or is, required to be prescribed.
