(1) The Board may delegate any of its powers and functions including financial powers to the Chairperson of the Board by a resolution adopted by it in this behalf. (2) The Board may also delegate any of its powers and functions to the Secretary or any officer of the Board by a resolution adopted by it in this behalf.
