(1) Where land is acquired for the purpose of allotment to the slum dweller, every person having any interest in any land acquired under the Act shall be entitled to receive compensation from the Government. (2) Compensation will be paid to the land owner which may be monetary, or in the form of concessional building rights in lieu of value of land foregone, partially or wholly transferable or a combination of both.
