Section 81

Filing of originals wills of which probate or administration with will annexed granted.

Until a public registry for wills is established, every District Judge and District Delegate shall file and preserve among the records of his Court all original wills of which probate or letters of administration with the will annexed may be granted by him ; and 1 [the Government] shall make regulations for the preservation and inspection of the wills so filed as aforesaid.
