(1) All selections and appointments of teaching staff in private colleges shall be made by Selection/Appointment Committee which shall be constituted by the educational agency in the prescribed manner. (2) The academic and other qualifications required for teaching and nonteaching posts shall not be lower than those prescribed for corresponding posts in Government service.
