(1) The Plant and Crop Protection Act, 1990 (I of 1990) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under any of the provisions of law so repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done, or taken under this Act.
