The Council shall establish a fund to be called the ‘Fund of the Council’ to which shall be credited,–– (a) any contribution or grant by Centre or the Government ; (b) the income of the Council from all sources including income from fees and fines ; (c) the trust, donations, endowment and other grants, if any ; and (d) all other sums as may be received by the Council.
