(1) Every Block Development Council shall hold its meeting once in a month. The meeting shall be convened by the 1 [Chairperson], and in his absence by the 1 [Vice-Chairperson] ; provided the first meeting of the Block Development Council after its constitution shall be convened by the prescribed authority after notifying the date therefor. (2) The procedure for conduct of business and maintenance of records of the Block Development Council shall be such as may be prescribed.
