1 [26. Staff. ––(1) Subject to such rules as may be prescribed in this behalf, a Halqa Panchayat may employ such staff as is necessary for carrying out the duties imposed on it by this Act. (2) A Halqa Panchayat shall pay remuneration to such staff out of its own resources. (3) The Government shall also provide staff to the Halqa Panchayat as specified in Schedule I-B for carrying out the purposes of this Act.]
