Jammu and Kashmir (2) The meeting of the Academic Planning Board shall be called once in a year to develop plans on the future programmes of the University and recommend the same for the consideration of the Academic Council and Executive Council. It shall also recommend long term plans on different activities of the University as and when found necessary.
