(1) Every manufacturer shall, before the expiration of two months from the date of commencement of this Act, apply to the competent authority to be registered as a manufacturer. The application shall be made in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (2) A registration once made shall be renewable from year to year on payment of the prescribed annual fee.
