(1) The municipality shall maintain an inventory and a map of all immovable property of which the municipality is proprietor, or which vests in it or which it holds in trust for the Government. (2) The copies of such inventory and map shall be deposited in the office of the Director and such other officer or authority as the Government may direct and all changes made therein shall forthwith be communicated to the Director or other officer or authority.
