Section 110

Bathing and washing places.

(1) The municipality may set apart suitable places for the purpose of bathing and may specify the times at which and sex of the person by whom, such places may be used, and may also set apart suitable places for washing animal or clothes, or for any other purpose connected with the health, cleanliness or comfort of the inhabitants, and may, by public notice, prohibit bathing or washing animals or clothes, in any public place not so set apart, or at time or by person other than those specified, and any other act by which water in public places may be rendered foul or unfit for use, and may charge fees for the use of such places by any specified class or classes of persons or by the public generally. (2) The municipality may fix, by notice, places at which articles of clothing, bedding or other articles which have been exposed to infection shall be washed, and no person shall wash such article at any place not so fixed.
