(1) A copy of the proclamation shall be served on the defaulter and be posted in a conspicuous part of the office of the Tehsildar of the tehsil in which the property to be sold is situate. (2) After a copy of the proclamation has been served on the defaulter and pasted in the office of the Tehsildar, a copy thereof shall be pasted in the office of the Collector. (3) The proclamation shall be further published in the manner directed under the Code of Civil Procedure.
