(1) The Board shall–– (a) exercise, perform and discharge powers, functions and duties conferred upon it by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force ; (b) decide all the matters relating to the Acts repealed under section 140, within one year from the Constitution of the Board ; and (c) perform all the functions entrusted to it by the Government from time to time. (2) The terms, references and procedure to be followed by the Board shall be such as may be notified by the Government.]
