The Government may make rules–– (a) for determining the costs of partitions under this Chapter and the mode in which such costs to be apportioned ; (b) prescribing forms for use in proceedings under this Chapter ; (c) prescribing fees and stamp duties ; and (d) generally for carrying out the purposes of this Chapter.
