(1) The Government shall appoint a person not being a member to be the Financial Advisor of the Board. The Financial Advisor may also function as the Chief Accounts Officer. (2) Such appointment as well as the term of office, the conditions of service and the functions of the Financial Advisor shall be such as may be prescribed in consultation with the Board.
