(1) In each year, on such date as may be fixed by the Government, the Board shall prepare and forward to the Government a programme of work. (2) The programme shall contain–– (a) particulars of the schemes which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year ; (b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act ; and (c) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
