(1) The Tribunal shall consist of President and two assessors. The President and assessors shall be appointed by the Government. (2) Each assessor of the Tribunal shall receive such remuneration as the Government may determine. The remuneration shall be paid by the Board to the President of the Tribunal for distribution.
