Section 15

Power to discharge or transfer persons from settlement or school.

The 1 [Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] or any officer authorised by it in this behalf may, at any time, by general or special order, direct any person who may be in any industrial, agricultural, or reformatory settlement or school in the 2 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], –– (a) to be discharged, or (b) to be transferred to some other settlement or school in the 2 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
