(1) This Act may be called the 1 [Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] Special Security Force Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on such date, as the * [State Government] may, by notification in the ** [Government Gazette], appoint and different dates may be notified for coming into force of different provisions of the Act.
