(1) The Jammu and Kashmir State Fisheries Act, 1960 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken including any order, rule, notification, notice made or issued under the repealed law shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under the corresponding provisions of the Act.
