(1) This Ordinance may be called the Enemy Agents Ordinance, 2005. (2) It extends to the whole of the 1 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] and applies also to subjects and servants of the 1 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] outside the 1 [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] wherever they may be. (3) It shall come into force at once.
