(1) The Jammu and Kashmir Development Ordinance, 1970 (IV of 1970) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any appointment, delegation, order, scheme, permission, notification, rule , regulation or form made, granted or issued) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made, granted or issued under the provisions of this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 15th day of September, 1970.
