In this Act,–– 4 [(a) “Deputy Speaker” means the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir ;] 5 (b) “house” includes the staff quarters and other buildings appurtenant thereto ; 5 (c) “maintenance” in relation to a house shall include the payment of local rates and taxes and charges for electricity and water.
