A Board may, on the application of any person interested, review any order passed by it other than an order passed in review and pass such as it thinks fit : Provided that it shall not under this section pass an order reversing or modifying any order affecting any person interested without giving such person an opportunity of being heard : Provided further that no application for review shall be entertained if presented more than two months after the date of the order which the person interested seeks to get reviewed.
