The holders of the debentures shall have floating charge on (a) all such mortgages and assets as are referred to in sub-section (4) of section 83 ; (b) the amount paid under such mortgages and remaining in the hands of the Board or the Trustee ; and (c) the other properties of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.
