(1) Save as provided under this Act, no Civil Court, Revenue Officer or Revenue Court shall have a jurisdiction in regard to— (a) the registration of a co-operative society or its bye-laws or an amendment of its bye-laws ; or (b) dissolution or supersession of the board of Co-operative society and the management of such co-operative society on such dissolution or supersession ; or (c) any direction issued by the Government under any provisions of this Act ; or (d) any dispute referred to Registrar under section 70 ; or (e) any matter concerning the winding up of or dissolution of a co-operative society or concerning liquidator or amalgamation or reorganisation of a co-operative society. (2) While a co-operative society is being wound up, no suit or legal proceedings relating to the affairs of such co-operative society shall be proceeded with or instituted against the liquidator or such co-operative society or any member thereto except by the leave of the Registrar and subject to such conditions as the Registrar may impose. (3) Save as provided in this Act, no order, decision or award made under this Act shall be challenged, set aside, modified, revised or declared void in any court on any ground whatsoever except for want of jurisdiction.
