Section 157

Constitution of Co-operative Appellate Tribunal.

(1) The Government shall constitute a Co-operative Appellate Tribunal or Tribunals to be called the Co-operative Appellate Tribunal or Tribunals to exercise the functions conferred on Tribunal under this Chapter. (2) The Tribunal shall consist of at least three members possessing the qualifications as may be prescribed. (3) where a tribunal consists of three members, any two members shall form the quorum for the disposal of its business. (4) Any vacancy in the membership of the Tribunal shall be filled by the Government. (5) Subject to the previous sanction of the Government, the Tribunal shall frame Regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder for regulating its procedure and the disposal of its business.br (6) All Regulations made by the Tribunal shall be published in Government Gazette and shall come into force from the date of such publication.
