A person shall be eligible to the appointment to a Divisional Cadre post only if he, ____ (i) is a 1 [Domicile of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] ; 2 [x x x x] ; and (iii) possesses the prescribed qualification, eligibility and experience for the post as specified under the rules/order regulating recruitment to such posts.
