(l) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the 1 [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir]. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in ** Government Gazette.
