In every enactment for the time being in force and in every appointment, order, rule, bye-law, notification, form and document all references to the 2 [High Court or the Judge of the High Court shall be construed when necessary and with such grammatical variations as may be required as having been made to the 2 [Common High Court of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union territory of Ladakh], or a Judge thereof, as the case may be, except when the contrary intention appears from the subject, or context.]
