2 [22. Local limits of jurisdiction. ––(1) The local limits of the jurisdiction of a Subordinate Judge or Munsiff shall be such as the High Court may define. (2) When the High Court posts a Subordinate Judge or a Munsiff to a district the local limits of the district shall, in the absence of any directions to the contrary, be deemed to be the local limits of his jurisdiction.]
