Section 13

Classes of Courts.

Besides the High Court, 1 [x x x x] and the Courts established under any other enactment for the time being in force, there shall be the following classes of Civil Courts, namely :— (1) the Court of the District Judge, also called the District Court ; (2) the Court of the Additional Judge ; (3) the Court of the Subordinate Judge ; and (4) the Court of the Munsiff.
