(1) The Government may, from time to time, make rules for the regulation and control of the camping and mooring sites in the areas to which this Act applies. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may–– (a) provide for the method of allotment of the camping and mooring sites and issuing of permits ; (b) prescribe the conditions on which the camping and mooring sites shall be allotted and fix the rate of rent to be paid therefor ; (c) fix the area of the camping and mooring sites and prescribe conditions on which reservation of camping and mooring sites may be permitted ; (d) provide for inspection and better sanitary and hygienic conditions of camping and mooring sites ; (e) determine the manner in which the occupiers of camping and mooring sites and their agents acting on their behalf in this respect, pitch tents or moor boats ; and (f) prescribe forms of permits to be issued under this Act.
