(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the Authority refusing to grant or renew a certificate of registration or revoking or suspending the certificate of registration under the provisions of the Act, may file an appeal before the Tribunal established under the Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal Act, 1988 (Act No. 19 of 1988). (2) The Tribunal, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the applicant, shall decide the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, but within three months.
