(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Bovine Breeding (Regulation of Production, Sale of Bovine Semen and Artificial Insemination Services) Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on such date as may be specified by the Government, by notification in the **Government Gazette.
